Published Code and Added 1 Algorithm

Hey, Sorry for the long wait,  I just published a new version.

I added one algorithm (Notch/Dentrax based Noise Generation)

I cleaned some code but a lot are still messy.

I decided to publish everything online but be aware that there is a lot of thing to improve.

(The river system was removed (commented) due to some errors)
